St. Louis Postcards, Nov-Dec 2020
A set of 6 postcards and 6 accompanying stamps for the state of Missouri’s 200th birthday in 2021. For this project, I decided to focus on little-known facts about St. Louis. When creating these postcards, I had only moved to St. Louis a couple of years before and I felt as though there was a culture to the city that I was not yet able to understand. While doing research for this project, I came across some very interesting information about St. Louis that got me excited. These strange and cool facts I discovered highlight some aspects of St. Louis culture. I wanted my project to focus on some of the strange quirks of the city that anyone– living there, visiting, or otherwise– would find interesting!
